Express Delivery\u00a0\u20ac25: 2-4 working days from dispatch.<\/p>\n

Delivery is always free for Ukraine: 1-2 working days from dispatch.<\/p>\n

We offer\u00a0free express shipping\u00a0on all orders above\u00a0\u20ac800.<\/p>\n

We entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers such as Ukrainian Post (for standard delivery) or
\nDHL (for express delivery), depending upon the destination country.
\nPlease note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or holidays.
\nWe cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe.<\/p>\n

A confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way.
\nIf your order is taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its
\nprogress using\u00a0the tracking information sent in your order confirmation email.<\/p>\n

For international orders:
\nPrices are not inclusive of international taxes and duties which must be paid according to the

\nAs per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all
\nVYSHEGROUP.COM orders are shipped out of KYIV, UKRAINE (not EU country) – WITH AN
\nOFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased.<\/p>\n

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.
\nMerchandise in original saleable condition with all original tags attached may be refunded back to the
\noriginal form of payment or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
\nClients choose the courier on their own, taking into account that the parcel must be delivered within 10
\ndays.<\/p>\n

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order size, within 14 days of the merchandise delivery
\ndate the item(s) can be returned for size exchange. In case of absence of desired size, VYSHE may
\nprovide a store credit for a relevant amount or refund. VYSHE is not responsible for return shipping
\ncosts. All refunds exclude delivery costs.<\/p>\n

Merchandise must be accompanied by both the original sales receipt and a return authorization
\nnumber. To receive a return authorization number, e-mail hello@ppb.ltd and provide your
\nname, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. Any merchandise
\nreturned without a return authorization number will incur a non-negotiable re-stocking fee at 50% of the
\ncost of the merchandise ordered, excluding tax and shipping.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our standards.
\nWhere provided, all original packaging to accompany the item must be included and returned in its<\/p>\n

original condition. Goods that are returned with damages may not be accepted, and may be sent back

In cases not covered by this Delivery and Return Policy, issues are solved individually by negotiations
